MAKING A WILL

Eye Catching Title
Before meeting with your attorney to prepare a will, use the following check-list. Jot down your full, legal name, complete address, and marital status. Recall whether there has ever been a will drawn before and if there is a desire to leave specific property to a particular person. If so, write down their names and the item or items next to them. Do the same if you wish to leave specific amounts of money to particular persons. Write down the full names and correct ages of your spouse and children. Then, finally, consider honestly if your spouse will be capable of handling the affairs of your estate after you are gone.
